Diesel Mechanic Technician
Responsibilities:
- Annual, preventive & routine maintenance of equipment
- Operate scan tool & diagnose problems
- Troubleshoot engine performance problems & make recommendations for repairs
- Repairs & maintains systems/parts on our Volvo and Freightliner tractors - including tires, wheels, brakes, heating/cooling systems, fuel system & vehicle coupling system
- Clean, calibrate & maintain tools/equipment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs/inspections performed on equipment
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year Diesel Mechanic experience with regards to Class 8 diesel-powered tractors or 2 years automotive experience
- Effective communication skills
- Be able to work independently without constant supervision
- Ability to pass a drug test and physical, which includes a back screening focused on repetitive lifting, pushing and pulling of approximately 80lbs
- Must have own hand tools
- Experience with OEM diagnostic computers is a plus
- ASE Certification preferred
- Valid CDL-A is a plus, but not required

- Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
Driver Manager/Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and communicate to Drivers with clarity, consistency and integrity
- Ability to resolve conflicts and create solutions for Drivers
- Develop relationships with Drivers and serve as their primary point of contact for all questions and issues
- Track & Trace loads to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with Load Planners
- Assign freight to maximize all aspects of the value triangle (profitability, customer satisfactions and driver retention).
- Manage KPIs (mileage, home-time, maintenance and safety issues)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Preferable 2 years truckload operations experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Team-oriented
- Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to handle criticism and find solutions
